How it works

The Billings Gazette Communications, Casper Star Tribune, Bismarck Tribune, Rapid City Journal, Missoulian, Montana Standard, and Helena Independant Record will host a Virtual Career Fair on their web sites. The page views alone for these seven newspapers is more than 20 million a month!

Digital

A simple click from each newspaper's home page will lead job seekers directly to the entry page of the Career Fair. Each booth will be listed on this entry page. One click and job seekers will read about your company and the positions you have available. In addition, your booth information will be listed on Monster for 30 days.

Print

The seven newspapers will run an expanded employment section featuring your display ad and information about the Virtual Career Fair. This will reach thousands of readers and job seekers. More than 127,800 copies of your ad will be distributed in this highly anticipated section.

We'll make it a success!

The Virtual Career Fair will be promoted strongly in the four markets in print and online.

We'll make it easy!

If you choose, job seekers will be able to email their resumes directly to you. They will then be able to print information about your company and the positions you have available or email that information to someone they feel is qualified for the job.
